Syrah, black tea, blackberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a sparkling Riesling float, garnished with thyme.

🌙 The Court of Dreams
Sparkling rosé, grapefruit juice, and elderflower syrup.

Good food, good company, and dogs learning to navigate the world alongside their people.

Our latest Pack Hangout brought AC clients and their dogs together at The Ordinary Fellow, with food from Pali Thai and an opportunity to put their training into practice in a real-world setting.

Public outings aren't just about getting a dog to settle on a patio. They're about learning to navigate new environments, remain responsive around distractions, and build the skills needed to participate in everyday life.

Pack Hangouts give our clients the opportunity to practice those skills outside of a structured training session, with support from the AC team and a community of people who understand the work that goes into building a more functional life with their dogs.

And, of course, there's something pretty great about being able to enjoy the experience together along the way.

She’s not breaking. She’s forged.

This is Nesta: first of three sisters. An abstract portrait series about female strength, inspired by my favorite book series.

All three sisters are revealed on October 27 | A Court Night
6-9pm @ordinaryfellowwines

What sister do you like the best? Or which character?

Slowly becoming my favorite. 🎨

This watercolor sister piece is where I finally combined my realistic technique with the looser, wild style from my fire horse series. Lots of trial and error, lots of layers — but that’s the fun part.

Next: silver leafing. I ordered a special silver for her and I cannot wait to show you how it catches the light.

She (and prints) will be at our Court Night Market on October 27th 4-8pm at @ordinaryfellowwines in palisade — come see her in person.

Follow @wildrisingx to RSVP on Facebook + enter our current giveaways.

Have you ever mixed two totally different techniques and had it just click? What two styles would you combine?

The Ordinary Fellow’s, pickup party at SnowCloud Lounge at Powderhorn was a blast. I went with my friend Robyn, and we sipped Pinot Noir (my favorite), snacked, and took in the fall colors. We met Brenda and Theo and their little dog Chloe, who was the star of the day. 🐶

Every party is different. An authentic experience. Ben and the crew at @theordinaryfellow are friendly and creative, and they make it easy to meet new people. I feel lucky to get to do this!
