8.26.26, we eloped privately at @surethingchapel. Our only witness / guest was @phoebejanewalquist, who did an incredible job capturing the entire experience.

I told the gals at @lucidjuliet that I didn’t want a boring bouquet, and they absolutely nailed it with trumpet pitchers (yes, a carnivorous plant) included.

My garter was chainmail and lace, handmade by @intravenous_. It was so sweet to have a little piece of her with me while we tied the knot.

My dress was made up mostly of vintage pieces sourced online and meticulously put together over the course of two months. @daddyydelia, @irissteelexx, and @monsteradultx held my hand through the entire process and took endless phone calls during all of my crash outs about it.

John wore jewelry by @holierthanthou13, and we both spritzed ourselves with the custom scents she made for us for our big day.

My mom helped me sew my veil two days before we left for Vegas, and my boots are by @doublestandard.nyc. The gals at @atomicstylelounge came to my hotel room to do my hair and makeup the day of, and wow… I still can’t believe it all came together.

This elopement was truly a labor of love. We are so lucky to have each other, and to have such wonderful friends and family by our sides throughout this entire process. 🤍

my forever muse , Rima .. 🖤
She’s like Carrie, she loves shoes, and we became «online» friends when we were both living in Georgia.
The first time I saw her wearing Rick Owens breeches (photo 11) from my friend Bella, the best vintage selector in Georgia, I texted her HI I LOVE YOUR STYLE 👀🫢
Since then, she’s been wearing shoes from @distinctive.clo .
P.S. a Vera Wang archival jacket from us also suits her.

Can you believe this one puts as halfway through my little styling project that I’ve been, as I said, surprisingly excited about lately, mostly due to the fact that “The Magnus Archives” brainrot is strong (and beautiful and I am so very afraid) and is showing no signs of willing to release me from its grasp… ?
Another one I am quite excited about as it’s styled around a piece I’ve been dying to showcase on here—a 1890s corset I procured via one of my favourite vintage/antique shops, Oreads Vintage (@oreadsvintage)—as well as around a myriad of subtle hints (CCP prosthetic U-sole boots, a very Elena Dawson blouse w/ rose detailings, a Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2001 top that reminds me of a ribcage), I bring you the 7th, in alphabetical order, of Robert Smirke’s fourteen: The Flesh 🥩
