Happy Organic Month! 🌱 For us at Three Trees, the USDA Organic seal isn’t a marketing buzzword or a trend, it’s a promise. A promise that every bottle of Three Trees is made with integrity, without shortcuts, and with care for people and the planet.

Did you know that organic always means non-GMO? Flip our bottle around and you’ll see the seal we worked on with our certifier, Oregon Tilth, to make that clear. Because cleaner food, healthier soil, and farming that protects ecosystems and animals is what organic truly stands for 🥛💚

We’re proud to work with organic farmers and suppliers who grow the highest quality organic ingredients using practices that enrich the soil and protect our planet. They rely on crop rotation, cover crops, and dense planting techniques, and are prohibited from using toxic, persistent pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic nitrogen fertilizers. These methods promote biodiversity, improve soil health, and reduce the farm’s overall environmental impact.

You can join this movement too! Talk to farmers at your local markets, try a new USDA Organic product, and share what you’ve learned about why organic is good for you and great for the planet 🌍 Check out https://sealmakesitsimple.com/ to learn more about the Organic seal.

📢 We need your voice!

Current organic certification standards are built for land, not the ocean.

GreenWave has joined forces with @eviewitten at Regeneration North, @mofga, @oregontilth, and Northwest Transition to Organic Partnership Program to draft Best Practices for Organic Certification of Farmed Seaweed, ensuring organic standards are both rigorous and practical for ocean-based crops like seaweed.

📆 Public comment is open until September 15

25 Years of Inesscents✨

What started in a farmhouse at the edge of the Oregon wilderness has become a nationally-trusted name in Earth-based skincare.

There were no investors. No shortcuts.
Just a mama, a baby, and a vision rooted in the wild.

Amber blended oils by hand. Labeled each jar on her kitchen table.
She flew to India seven months pregnant to source sandalwood and amber.
She walked into the Ashland Food Co-op with a baby in a sling and was told,
“We’ll take whatever you make.” That one “yes” helped shape a lifetime.

This woman was driven, and to this day, that drive shines us forward ☀️.
Twenty-five years later, we’re still doing it our way. Following this (amazing) visionary on her journey.
Still blending in-house.
Still guided by the plants.
Still saying yes to soul.
Still loving what we do, and spending our time doing what we love.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Tag us @inesscents and share your favorite product memory for a chance to receive a bundle of gratitude.

With love,
Amber & The Inesscents Team
