Do you ever write your prep lists on your fridge with dry erase markers?

I do.

Constantly.

Also, what does your fridge say about you? Do you put a lot on it? Is it bare? All neat and clutter-less? Is it full of kid's drawings, tests, works of art? Stickers of your favorite bands? Friends businesses? Gifts made by hand from friends? Gifts from friends who are no longer with us? Things you've found while on adventures? Moments frozen in time with those you hold dearest to your heart? Moments to signify history? A hobby? Or an interest?

I make it a point not to pander the goods from our family business here, but feel like this particular image deserves a little attention. I sketched this on a cocktail napkin in pink & green dry erase markers about 6 weeks ago, took photos and asked @tbh805 if he thought something was there. He said “yes” and I then, went to work on a crude mock-up of the art (to the best of my limited abilities) and sent it to Thatch. He came back three days later with something that was 95% there and we were able to finalize the art in less than a day later. That kind of relationship is hard to find. I know all this seems pretty detached from cooking but is it? As a Chef - for like 27 years - I was so fortunate to work with so many passionate individuals and now, in my second life, in spite of the pandemic, TC keeps moving forward, economically & efficiently as ever. In a way it’s reflective of many of us & our industry, resilient. So, rant over, this dropped today, Secret Societies, so humbling having the opportunity to do this everyday. We have so much 🔥🔥🔥 on the way. You guys have no idea. Thank you everyone that’s ever supported TC. Absolutely love you guys, thank you thank you. I promise to be better at IG
