THIS SUNDAY AT BROADWAY MOVEMENT Back at our usual spot on London Fields from 12–2PM for another Sunday of movement. 12PM — CAPOEIRA WITH @gamatheblack Starting with the foundations of Capoeira through Ginga, exploring different ways to stay in motion before moving into Esquiva, learning how to evade, anticipate and respond to kicks with confidence. We’ll finish by putting everything together through combinations, movement flow, soft acrobatics and a little showmanship. 1PM — YANG TO YIN @with_calma Starting with an active Yang flow to build warmth, mobility and strength through movement, before gradually slowing things down into Yin with longer holds, deeper stretches and time for the body to restore.
