Chocolate Crémeux, Tahini, Cacoa Nib

Silky, rich and layered - our crémeux is made with 55% and 100% @original_beans chocolate, folded into a smooth set cream with a well of tahini and a crisp cocoa-nib tuile on top.

We love working with @OriginalBeans, their approach to ethical, sustainable cocao farming mirrors our own values - thoughtful sourcing and uncompromisingly big flavours.

Next Saturday 31st October. @khourys.co at @stratfordworkshops.

I know I said Christmassy but it’s also very Halloween-appropriate, ok? 🍊 And either way, you know it’s going to be DELICIOUS.

This might be the last pop-up of the year so make sure you get there, just in case. 🤷‍♀️

ADVICE

1. Be sure to get the savoury pastry @philkhoury has made, whatever it is.

2. If @marcelosicecream are there make sure you get some ice cream. It does not matter how cold it is outside. You won’t regret it. I can’t wait to go and visit them in Crystal Palace. The *Fignum* at the end of the video was INCREDIBLE.

3. The bars and Fig and new launch should all last until after Christmas so you can buy gifts without paying postage (and maybe tasting them first?) and treat yourself to some delicious fresh baked goods (if there’s a trifle or mousse, get that, too).

4. I heard people rave about the coffee drinks too so if you like flavoured drinks check those out!

🛑 Denn irgendwann (meist Richtung 10.

🍫 Good chocolate starts long before it reaches our ice cream.

At Nice, we want to know where our ingredients come from and who is behind them. That’s why we work with Original Beans for the chocolate used in our pops.

For us, choosing ingredients isn’t only about taste. It’s also about transparency, knowing the journey behind what we use and working with partners who care about how their products are made. Because when chocolate is part of a Nice pop, we want it to be more than just delicious. We want to feel good about where it comes from too. 💛

Better ingredients. Better choices. Better chocolate.

Near Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo, women farmers cultivate rare Amelonado cacao, bringing years of knowledge and craftsmanship to every bean. Through our Femmes de Virunga project, we support these women and their communities while helping protect the forests they call home.

The chocolate? A creamy milk chocolate with notes of roasted nuts, cappuccino and caramel.

🍓 A classic pairing, reimagined.

@latenightpuddingclub brings this pairing to life with their Dipped Strawberry bar, combining Femmes de Virunga 55% with slowly dehydrated strawberries. The fruit’s naturally concentrated flavour meets the chocolate’s creamy sweetness for a delicious contrast in every bite.

A thoughtful creation that lets both ingredients shine.
