“I Promise” a short film coming soon.
These two actors brilliantly captured these characters in such a beautiful and haunting manner and worthy of attention and praise. They gave so much to this story with their talent, their input, their souls. I cannot thank them enough for leaving blood on the stage and on camera.
Their tireless efforts show and unfold before us, filling the space with love, loss, and passion.

Please follow and share the I Promise page and Killer Grip Film Co page as well. 🙏🏽

Cast and crew, friends and family screening in November. Be on the lookout.

It’s been 31 years. I originally made this student film in 1995. And now, I made it again. It’s different, I’m different. This project changed my whole life trajectory. The making of this story was very personal and powerful for me. Looking forward to this version done with these two incredible artists who let it all come out.
Thank you from the deepness of my soul.
Coming soon for a cast and crew, friends and family screening.

I was very young. Riding on my knee and pushing off with one foot down Sawtelle Blvd. Headed to Stoner Park to hang out with my cousins and friends. A little skateboard my Mom bought me, and just trucking down the sidewalk. Takes me way back. Takes me back to Venice. Takes me even further back to when my Grandfather would take me to the Santa Monica Pier to ride the carousel and eat at Hot Dog on a Stick. The Westside. And these teens created an alternative to staying home. We were all latch key kids. They were rebels. They were outlaws. They were kids themselves. Their influence is undeniable.
This is DOGTOWN.
