Linked up with Gee to do some more work on her back piece. As usual it's laughs and banter but also tattoo time is tattoo time, we locked in and she sat like a statue. Strong girl 💪🏾

So over the weekend, DJ Khaled was in London. And at his appearance at the club, I met some really cool girls from Austria that were visiting for the weekend. One of whom was a massive Anime fan and wanted a tattoo to remember her trip to London. This is a highlight reel of that session. It was also her first time ever trying Jamaican Food!! Hahaha just had to put her on!

This session was a well needed one. I would dare say a therapy session as well as a tattoo session. My canvas, @abbiejessica and I spoke about alot of the challenges she's had to overcome and still presently overcoming.
I found this clip by @ohmyroya and I thought that sound would match perfectly with the vibe of this session. All in all, it was an amazing session and it produced amazing results. #inkthusiast #vangang

Unfortunately social media makes hard work and effort seem to count for nothing. Everyone is so focused on making the best impression and highlighting their achievements, they fail to mention the trials and errors they had to overcome to get to that point. So in the process of doom scrolling, the success of the world serves as a massive discouragement instead of inspiration. Don't let it, keep working, keep grinding, and accept the errors and challenges as character development. That way even the failures serve as a lesson. And lessons promote growth. Lock in. And get it done. #inkthusiast #lettherebeart #sunsking
