Saturn V was the beginning and Falcon 9 came next.

Thus adding Starship felt inevitable.

Three rockets, six decades of spaceflight. All running in the same simulator with real physics, real mission timelines and real trajectories.

9 commits, that's what it took. A data-driven geometry system for the rocket body plus IFT-12 and IFT-13 mission files. Then the fixes: stage separation culling, the booster plume cutting off at the right moment, 3 grid fins instead of 4, sea-level Raptors in the inner ring and vacuum engines outside with their longer bells.

Each vehicle is different: Saturn V is brute force and poetry. Falcon 9 is precision, the nine Merlins, an octaweb, a booster that lands itself. Starship is something else: 33 Raptors lighting simultaneously and mechazilla catching the booster out of the air. A Ship completing one orbit and coming home the same way.

Building it means understanding it. The simulator doesn't just replay history, because IFT-13 hasn't happened yet.

V switches to the outside view, C switches between the different views. Best on a laptop, but should work on mobile/tablet.

When Sami asked me what I wanted for my BDay, I said I want to learn how to fly a plane! Not going to lie it was very intimidating but I would love to do it again!

I know it’s like 90 in SoCal, but was anyone able to hit the slopes? 🏔🌴
