OFFICIALLY A QUALIFIED PT🌟🫶🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

I’m literally posting this as if I haven’t been qualified since April🤣but now I finally have the certificate to prove it!🙌🏼

Admittedly it has taken me A LONG TIME to get to this position as it’s been done alongside a full time nursing degree. However I still remain as committed to helping others feel amazing both in and outside of the gym🩷🌟

I’m so excited for what’s to come🥰

☁️ Thursday ☁️

drink ⟶ coffee with oat milk which today my stomach didn’t like 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤷🏻‍♀️

brunch ⟶ we had planned to visit our local garden centre for a walk around and some breakfast today but we got there and it was closed because they had no power! the website said it was open but sadly not, so we had breakfast at home instead. since Mother Nature is lurking 👀 I’m craving sweet things so I had a big thiccccc bowl of oats with a million berries, dark chocolate & peanut butter 🤤 it hit the sweet spot and was so tasty and filling 😮‍💨🤌🏻

dinner ⟶ chicken teriyaki stir fry with egg noodles and spring rolls

life bits ⟶ took Mable to the vets for her post dental surgery check up and thankfully she’s doing well. she has to go back on Tuesday for more teeth out 😭 and we took her bunny to the vets with us to try and soothe her 🥺🥺🥺 made some more protein banana bread because last time I made it it lasted 0.004 seconds 🤭 also finally starting my PT course!! 💪 and got some more tour work done too 🤓 now I’m settling down for the evening with more Throne of Glass 🦌 ⚔️

🌷 1674 cals || 86g protein || 12098 steps 🌷

February dump 💪🏼💃🏻🩷

2/12 complete and it’s been busy but fun-filled and I’ve loved every minute of it 🙌🏼 especially all the early birthday celebrations- I’ve been spoilt 🥹🫶

Ready to smash another month and who knows maybe March will be the month I FINALLY unlock a muscle up (praying) 😏🙏🏻

Week 6 Dump: The Week of PRs 🦈 #Gymshark66

The PR Board:

• Hit my first-ever unassisted single-arm pull-up! After weeks of consistent lifting, seeing that raw strength pay off is the best feeling.

• Running Milestone: I finally broke the 5k ceiling and ran my first ever 10k! Training for that October Half Marathon feels a lot more real now.

• The Handstand Attempt: Tried my first handstand with no wall support... and as you can tell from the slides, it ended badly. Gravity: 1, Me: 0. But we fall, we laugh, and we go again.

The Daily Routine:

• Fuel: 42/42 days. Creatine and protein are officially non-negotiable, even when I’m drowning in references

• Recovery: Truthfully, the 8 hours of sleep has been the biggest struggle this week. Deadline stress is peaking, but I’m doing my best to prioritize rest where I can

42 days of showing up. 24 days to go. Let’s keep this energy for the home stretch!

1/12 months ✅💪🏼

January you’ve been an interesting one! A month of new beginnings, studying, content creation & adventures 💻📹🚘

Training wise, the month started off strong until I came down with a cold towards the end of the month 😩 However, I was reminded about the importance of rest & recovery 💤

More than ready to get back to training and level up this month 📈🙌🏼

Chapter 1: January 🏋🏻‍♀️❄️🔒

Not the start to the year I wanted, ongoing health issues have taken a toll mentally but there were still some small wins this month:

Started at a new gym 🎧
Hit 2k followers 🍾
Connected with some new friends 🫶🏼
Booked a holiday ☀️

Let’s hope February is a better one ✨
