I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by and just like that, you’re one today. My beautiful, sweet boy is growing more every single day, and my heart grows right along with you. You were the best unexpected surprise, the greatest gift we never even knew we needed. You are silly, kind, adventurous, and so incredibly sweet. Happy 1st Birthday, Sweet Asher. Mommy and Daddy love you more than words could ever say 💙 #babyboy #firstbirthday

We just want to give a special shoutout to three of out favorite people — Orion and Ruth from @starlighton22nd, and the third of the trifecta, Mr. S.H. himself, Paul — aka Mr. Shitfixer.

He’s not in the picture… probably off somewhere fixing some sh*t 😆.

They’ve been amazing partners for us with our Beat Freaq events — giving us a home base, collaborating, and helping us build something real in the city.

This is one of the most open and welcoming venues in Charlotte. And it’s not just business — these two (and Paul) are family. ❤️

We appreciate everything you do — not only for the Frequency 360 crew, but for the whole community. Your family’s legacy in the arts and creative scene in Charlotte could fill a whole book — and I mean that. 📖

So today, we just wanted to give y’all your flowers. 💐
Thank you for your energy, your support, and your heart.

And yeah, you see my guy Orion rocking that Beat Freaq tee 👕🔥 — go get it, homie!

We’ll see y’all December 6th for our next Beat Freaq event and food drive.
Pull up, show love, and let’s keep this movement going. 🙌🏽

My wild, smart, beautiful girl. Four years ago you changed my life in every way. You are the best part of me and my reason for everything I do. I see so much light, strength, and love in you, and it makes me proud beyond words. Watching you grow has been the most beautiful, emotional, and grounding journey of my life. You are my heart walking outside my body.

Happy 4th birthday Aspen🩷

Feeling so grateful to call this beautiful house our home 💛 After a whole year of searching, countless challenges, and the loss of other homes, we finally found the one. Here’s to love, laughter, and countless memories ahead — the memories we’ll make within these walls. Our hearts are so full.
