I just feel like it’s time we hear what @beyonce has to say about this 🤷🏻‍♀️ and maybe even @brunomars is also involved somehow. Are we all spiralling on this tea?!?

I don’t think we as men truly understand just how much women go through during postpartum.

We see the sleepless nights, the feeding and the exhaustion, but there’s so much more happening physically, mentally and emotionally that we don’t always see.

Becoming a dad has opened my eyes to just how much mothers sacrifice, and even then, I know I’ll never fully understand what it’s like.

As men, we need to do more than just be present. We need to listen, be patient, show up and support our partners through every stage of motherhood. ❤️

To the mums reading this, what’s one thing you wish your partner understood about postpartum?

This knee has been holding on for dear life for two years 🤣😭 I laugh but it’s really been quite heavy mentally as I haven’t been able to do a lot because of it. BUT we are here now 🙏🏽 let the road to recovery begin ❤️
