One year of work. One year of growth.
And watching Orquidia evolve into the athlete she is today has been one of the highlights of my coaching journey.

Her testimonial truly touched me because everything she wrote reflects the trust, the effort, the discipline and the heart she puts into this sport.
Athletes like her remind me why I love what I do, and why I’m so grateful to coach people who believe in the process as much as I do.

So proud of you, This is just the beginning. 💜✨

@orquidiaaj the future is bright!
Some athletes turn up and you can already see the future written all over them.
This young competitor has made massive improvements in such a short time , shape, confidence, and stage presence that stood out immediately.

She’s only getting started, and if this is where she is now, her ceiling is incredibly high.
We can’t wait to watch her keep growing, refining, and becoming the athlete we know she can be.

Different women’s divisions.
One purpose = Strength in every form. 💫

From Bikini to Fit Model, Figure to Women’s Physique, every division represents a different expression of strength, confidence, and dedication.

Each athlete brings her own version of beauty to the stage, proving that muscle, femininity, and power are not defined by one look, but by the effort behind it.

The women of the IFBB WA Mr & Ms Universe remind us that strength isn’t just built in the gym, it’s shown in how you carry yourself, how you support others, and how proudly you own your place on that stage.

It took me a week to make this reel… because I honestly didn’t know where to start. How do you describe the pride you feel for someone like Orquidia? 💜

To me, she’s a true champion — inside and out. 🏆 Over two incredible days on the stage of the prestigious IFBB Wa O’Mara and Miss Universe @ifbbwa , she brought home 4 gold medals, but what makes me the proudest is her attitude, grace, and unshakable trust throughout this journey.

Having her in Stage Ready Coaching is a gift — not only as an athlete but as a person who feels like family. I’m beyond grateful for the bond we’ve built. 💕and the best is yet to come 🙌
