Brands Worth To Read About

At VERY, we look beyond the obvious. We discover brands, spaces and experiences that bring something different to India’s creative scene — from fashion and food to art, travel and wellness.

FASHION — @furbishstudios
FURBISH Studios gives vintage clothing a second life, transforming unique finds into expressive, handcrafted pieces. With a focus on individuality, reworking and pieces that carry a story, it offers a fresh approach to conscious fashion.

FOOD — @ajaocafe
AJAO Cafe brings Korean food to Jaipur with a menu of familiar Korean favourites, from kimchi jjigae and bibimbap to kimbap, mandu and tteokbokki. A casual spot for exploring Korean flavours in the Pink City.

TRAVEL — @laalee_jaipur
Laalee is more than a boutique stay — it is an intimate blend of heritage, art, design and hospitality. Set in the heart of Jaipur, the property brings together hand-painted spaces, Indian and colonial influences, and a distinctly personal sense of place.

WELLNESS — @atmanjaipur
Atman brings together traditional Ayurveda, naturopathy, mindful movement and personalised wellness. Its approach focuses on holistic, individualised care, connecting ancient healing practices with a modern wellness experience.

ART — @orryaa_studio
Oryaa Studio creates handmade ceramics in Jaipur, from drinkware and serveware to decorative pieces. Its work celebrates simple forms, craftsmanship and objects designed to become part of everyday life.

These are just five of the brands and experiences we’re discovering across India. Read the full articles on verymagazine.com, where we go deeper into their stories, ideas, people and creative processes.

Ishq was a beautiful, beautiful evening ♥️

@singhrohit.music voice and the songs he wrote and brought to life, with @utkarshsoni1920 on tabla and @gauti.001 on guitar, held the room together in the most beautiful way.

@houseofhiddentreasures_ gave us this beautiful space to bring it all together.

And then, the ishq created by these beautiful minds who brought the concept to life:

@groverzampa for bringing their wines into the evening and being part of the experience. @drink.misfit for introducing us to wine spritzers, and making them a rather lovely discovery.

@shikaarbaghjaipur for the beautiful drinks and for being part of the evening in your own way.

@budweiserindia for being part of the night and keeping the energy exactly where it needed to be.

@joshua.india for taking an idea and creating something completely from scratch. The backdrop was beautiful, but more than that, it felt so right for Ishq. The creativity, the detailing and the sheer beauty of what you created became such an important part of the evening.

@orryaa_studio for taking the idea of Ishq and giving it form through four different stages of Ishq, with vases, art and installations all imagined and created from scratch especially for the night. There was so much to look at, and every piece had its own little story.

@enayepatisserie for food that was made with so much thought and care. We kept hearing people say, “You have to try this.”

@kavira.well for being persistent enough to convince us to do matcha cocktails and you guys nailed it. Watching people try them, come back for another and ask what was in them was the best possible validation. What a beautiful job you did!!

@jaipurperfumecompany for giving us such a lovely way to welcome everyone into Ishq. A little roll-on, a beautiful fragrance and a small moment to begin the evening with.

@kombucha.in for bringing so many kombucha flavours that people kept discovering their favourites, going back for more, and asking about them throughout the night.

Thank you for every single person who created, contributed, and made themselves part of ISHQ♥️

See you at the next one!
