Two more start lines before the year is over..

Denver. November 13.
Vancouver. December 18.

Both Hyrox men’s pro races.

Denver is about finding out where I stand.

Vancouver is about showing what I can do with that experience.

Still chasing a version of myself I haven’t met yet.

And every session is another step towards becoming him

EARNED NOT GIVEN!

The ick I feel when someone says they do HYROX when actually it’s a Nuffield Health aerobics class with HYROX in the title 😱😱

CAN WE PLEASE AGREE THAT TURNING UP TO A GYM CLASS WITH HYROX IN THE TITLE DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE DOING HYROX?

Many thanks 😘

A game to forget as the boys lose their first pre season friendly of the season, 3-0 flattered the boys but with many changes throughout the game and a few injuries it was a tough game, Shay started the team off poorly with a penalty miss in the first half that only top keepers could save then followed up by a bar hit from the new striker Ben and a few one on ones wasted, but we was left to pay for our mistakes as a save from Leo led to Harry deciding to let the ball through his legs for a quick tap in for Woolfs number 10. Bad turned into worse as Harry got sent to a different postcode from a chop which was finished off by a Parkwood player who clearly can’t get minutes at his own club. A third sealed the deal for Woolf as Turing look to shake it off and go again as another friendly is upcoming next Wednesday.

A Pre-Season Mixed Netball Tournament took place on Saturday, 3 October 2026, at the Marsa Sports Complex, bringing six teams together for a morning of netball ahead of the 2026/2027 season.

The mixed tournament provided an opportunity for men to take part alongside female players, creating a fun and welcoming environment.

Phoenix Netball, NRG Netball, All Ages, All Ages Too, Backs Netball and Żurrieq Wolves Champs took to the court, with teams using the tournament to gain match practice and prepare for the new season.

Matches were played over two six-minute halves, with a two-minute half-time break. The tournament also featured a two-point goal format, with shots successfully taken from the designated two-point area during the final two minutes of each half counting as two goals.

We are grateful to our sponsors, @orshydration and @hollandandbarrettmalta , for their support of the tournament and participating players. Holland & Barrett also provided a hamper for the winning team. 🫶

A special thank you goes to @sabrinaabugrin for planning and organising the tournament, as well as to all the teams, players and umpires who helped make the morning a success. ♥️🇲🇹

HYDRATION is key this sick season 💦

If, like our family, you’re battling runny noses from the change of season and back-to-school bugs, here are some things we love to add to our pear plum water bottles…

Coconut water is a naturally flavoured way to keep them sipping. 🥥

Oral rehydration salts have been lifesavers for bouts of norovirus (check with your Dr/pharmacist for little ones).

A squeeze of lemon 🍋 makes plain water a bit more exciting.

Smoothies! @augusta.s.gray has some incredible recipes where you can add handfuls of spinach, courgette, beetroot and more to keep your kids fuelled to fight off the bugs.

Our clear, medical-grade silicone straws are a great way to see how much water your little one is drinking. And the covered straw is great for keeping the nasties at bay!
