At @advantagefootballacademy we’re all about creating unique player development opportunities for the players in our care.

Has anyone put together a JPL team in 48 hours? 😅.

Due to our great relationship, a group of our U10 & U11 players will now be representing @osaacademy at U11 level.

It is another environment. Another challenge. Another opportunity for the boys to learn, compete and develop across the season.

That is what we want Advantage to be about.

Giving players experiences they might not otherwise get and finding different ways to help them grow. ⚽️📈

3-1 win. ✅

A brilliant start, but this is about much more than results.

We will be following the boys throughout the season and sharing their journey along the way.

🤝 SPONSORS WANTED

The team are currently looking for businesses to sponsor their HOME and AWAY kits for the season.

Interested in supporting the boys? Get in touch directly.

Well done today, boys. Plenty more to come. 👏🏽

Despite losing all three group-stage matches, the boys never stopped believing. They showed incredible passion, determination, and team spirit throughout the tournament. Refusing to give up, they battled their way through the knockout rounds and went on to win the Plate competition.

Ernest played a crucial role in the team’s success, scoring the winning goal in the semi-final to send them through to the final, before once again stepping up to score the decisive goal in the final and secure the trophy.

A fantastic example of resilience, character, and never giving up. 🏆⚽💙🤍 #oxfordcitytournament
