If you’re focused on vertical training as an athlete, consistency and discipline are key. Many athletes become discouraged when they don’t see immediate results. It’s important to keep going and understand that progress takes perseverance and hard work. Stay dedicated to your training routine and trust that the results will come in time.

BTS ➡️ This one can help set the table for change of direction actions while also helping you learn to vertically ↕️ displace your center of mass 🌐 which has carry over to better drive patterns (lunge, squat) and helps you orient your center of mass back, capturing a neutral joint stack.
🔻
Speaking of, the setup helps him find more alignment with sternum and core as opposed to neck, low back with added knee pressure.
🔻
Also helping him turn towards his left leg for deceleration as he's usually stuck more on his right.
🔻
Inside edge foot pressure sets off a chain reaction of IR (internal rotation) associated musculature up the leg so he doesn't spill outside his COM on that side during change of direction actions and oversupinate when ERing (externally rotating) that left leg.
🔻
You'll feel a lot sturdier on subsequent dynamic work and agility after performing something like this.

The Night Club League (NCL) offers a unique and exhilarating basketball experience under the night sky. Matches are held every Friday night from 10 PM to 1 AM, making it the perfect way to kick off your weekends. Each game has an 8-minute running clock, upping the ante for all teams involved. The clock only stops for free throws, adding to the strategic nature of the game.

NCL operates on a Bring Your Own Team system with a team entry fee of $40.00. Show up with your squad and take on the challenge. However, be wary - if a team loses three times, they are eliminated for the night. But, for the victorious, the reward is sweet - the winning team stays on.

Don’t have a team? Don’t worry. Our Draft Team option allows individuals to participate for a nominal entry fee of $10.00. All games are officiated by two officials to ensure fairness and smooth running of the games. Each game is followed by a 3-minute break.

The NCL experience is amplified by our live DJ, who keeps the energy high all night. To capture these unforgettable moments, we have media coverage on-site. Food trucks are also present to keep your energy levels up with delicious food options.

We maintain a strict code of conduct. Any teams or players arguing with referees, fighting, or causing problems will be escorted out without a refund and will be banned from future games.

To join the Night Club League, sign up through Cash App at $UTAFieldhouse and text your NCL team name or NCL Free Agent status to (323) 518 5886. Join us and make your Friday nights unforgettable!
