Nothing crazy. Just feels class getting back into a proper training structure and enjoying the gym again.

Nutrition… getting there 😂
Starting weight around 76kg. Definitely the biggest thing to improve over the next few weeks.

Your training plan should work around you. Not the other way around.

It took me years of training to properly understand these 5 things.

Knowing them earlier would’ve saved me a lot of wasted time in the gym.

Swipe through.

Your programme doesn’t need to feel completely different every week.

Keep the movements that work, get better at them and give yourself time to progress.

Rest isn’t wasted time.

If you want to perform properly on your next working set, give yourself enough time to recover.

Your working sets need to actually challenge you.

You don’t need to fail every set, but consistently finishing with loads of reps left in the tank probably isn’t getting the most from your training.

You don’t need to live in the gym to make progress.

A training plan you can recover from and consistently stick to will beat doing more just for the sake of doing more.

Stop relying on memory.

Track your lifts, reps and performance so you know what’s improving and what needs to change.

Training shouldn’t be guesswork.

OneCoach helps you know what to train, track your progress and keep moving forward.

Available on the App Store.

If I could go back to my first year in the gym, these are the 4 things I’d tell myself.

They would’ve saved me a lot of wasted workouts and frustration.

Swipe through →

More isn’t always better.

Training six or seven days a week won’t automatically build more muscle. In fact, without enough recovery, it can slow your progress.

For most people, 3–5 quality sessions each week, with enough intensity and recovery, will outperform endless hours in the gym.

Train smarter, not just more.

Progress isn’t just about adding weight to the bar.

Better technique, more reps, improved control, shorter rest periods, and increased training volume are all signs you’re getting stronger.

Focusing only on heavier weights often leads to poor form, stalled progress, or injury.

Measure the right things, and progress becomes much easier to see.

Walking into the gym without a plan usually leads to repeating the same exercises or choosing whatever feels easiest.

Following a structured programme removes the guesswork and ensures every workout has a purpose, helping you make consistent progress over time.

Train with intent.

If you’re not tracking your workouts, you’re relying on memory and memory isn’t accurate.

Recording your sets, reps and weights makes progressive overload simple and shows exactly how far you’ve come.

What gets tracked gets improved.

Most people don’t need a new workout plan. They need a better way to train.

Download OneCoach for free and start training with a plan that actually adapts to you. 💪

Train smarter. Progress faster.

Manchester, we came to launch something new.

Collagen + energy cans - first time out in the wild. The reactions spoke for themselves.

Best part of events like this - putting the product in people's hands and watching their reaction.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the vybey stand at the @dfyne.official event.

Hope you loved what you tried. More coming soon 🙌

DFYNE World Tour Manchester, what a weekend 🔥

We had an amazing time bringing vybey x OneCoach together and speaking to so many people across the weekend.

The feedback on vybey was unreal, from the Collagen + Energy drinks to the protein bars, with Mixed Berries becoming a clear crowd favourite.

There was also a lot of love for OneCoach, especially from people who liked how simple it was to create a personalised plan, remove the guesswork and have progressive overload built in automatically.
