An exciting moment at ISC 2026! 🌍♨️ It was a little hectic, a lot of chaos, and plenty of fun! We had to negotiate time and space just to get this photo. But isn’t that what bringing people together is all about? A huge thank you to everyone who joined Becky’s (@thirdspaceology) talk on regenerative sauna and the launch of the Public Sauna-Bathing Charter. There are so many Charter signatories and supporters in this photo, with many more to come! See how many you can recognize and tag them below! 👇🏾 A movement is growing, one shared bench at a time. 🌿 #publicsauna #commongood #saunaforall

Who would do this? We were over in Oslo and honestly the sauna movement over there is unreal, strangers chatting on the benches, someone swinging a towel round like a madman, a quick dip, then everyone standing around after like they’ve known each other years 🧡 that’s the vibe we’re after, sauna’s more than just a room, but it’s the people that make it so, who’s coming with you? 🔥 #FadSaoil #SaunaCommunity #SocialSauna #IrishSauna #SaunaCulture

Meet Oscar @oscarsweats 🇮🇪 🌿 Coming to us from Ireland, Oscar is trained in Saunotus 🇫🇮 , Pirtis 🇱🇹 and Aufguss 🇩🇪, with his sauna journey taking him from The Hot Box Sauna in Dublin to Finland, Lithuania and now Scotland. At Soul Gathering, Oscar will guide Intro to the Elements: a sensory sauna journey featuring leaf whisking, steam work, meditation and guided rest. Inspired by Finnish and Lithuanian traditions, with a few Irish twists along the way, this four-round session is designed to bring balance, presence and connection through heat, nature and ritual. 🍃✨ #SoulGathering #SoulWaterSauna #CelticSauna #Pirtis #Saunotus
