Well then.
If you know me you know I have a few musical irons in fires.
This is one of them.
Here’s some music
for your delectation,
for your meditation,
for extreme elation
and indeed, medication ⛑️❤️🔊
It’s my pleasure to present
Instant Off from Major DeRangés.
Thanks to all in the MDR collective ❤️

Phase 1 complete.
We now have our album of material boxed off!
This is the last song of this batch and was kind of our signature tune so I present to you, Music For Big Boys and it’s here first. Full length version will be on bandcamp this week and all them pesky streaming services a bit after that.
We only have 2 decent use bits of footage from back in the day. 1985 I think. Both done live to VCR and no rehearsals allowed so very rough round the edges. Bloke called Tosh Ryan did it I think. He hired a club out on a Sunday in withington and had a load of bands roll up, pay £75, set up and perform 2 songs to camera and then , NEXT! Fun times were had by all ❤️🔊🎹 @rogerwlyons @stuartphyslop @customsynth @sue_langford

A bit more Lionrock while I remember :)
This is the video for Wet Roads Glisten from our second album City Delirious. We filmed the in the Albert Hall in Manchester when it was quite derelict in 1997 I think. We went for a look in the hall upstairs and there was literally an inch thick layer of untouched dust.
Great day, great vibes and mandy had quite large insects placed on her in the video. I’d have run a fuckin mile!! 🔊❤️

GTR Ask Me. So, around 1993/94 Guy Oldhams (then of Eastern Bloc records, @djtaylorla and myself had our little progressive house project called GTR. Pretty sure this is the only clip of us when I was putting together our first record Ask Me in mk1 Planet4 studio

@oscillatorhell shindig ❤️🔊❤️ This was the last one we did with the big rig. Not viable to do anymore without either A, some crew or B, more money! Loads of fun when we are doing it, massive ballache the rest of the time but we have an absolute ball and you folks come from far and wide to see us which is absolutely epic. ❤️🔊🎹 We will do more, just not sure when. Pretty sure we will both be 60 though and THAT is worth celebrating :)

This was about 2 hours into a 6 hour show

My very VERY first band ❤️🔊 The Press. 1982 and Not a synth in site but this was when I bought at TR-606 and TB-303 and discovered my true calling rather than playing the awful Ibanez guitar I had. That’s Stuart to the left of me and he also decided synths were the future and we immediately started @mfbb.band with Jeff Toman
