A day behind the scenes with our friends at @heligangardens 🌿

We’ve flipped the wellness retreat on its head. 🌎🎸🏄‍♀️ At Replenish, looking after the planet is part of looking after yourself.

Heligan’s wildlife project is bringing lost species back to Cornwall, from beavers to pine martens, and our guests got to see that work up close.

Building homes for pine martens with @kernowconservation a species missing from Cornwall for over a century.

Breathwork among the trees. Behind-the-scenes access to the beaver enclosure with @tobaloba_101_ @danryan_nature & samleesong Then carrying some wood back to a stream at @tregullandandco to build a beaver dam analogue of our own. 🦫

For the rest of the week, our guests surfed the Atlantic, hit the sand for bootcamp, jumped between sauna and sea dips, shared fire-cooked feasts, lost themselves in a soundbath & deep listening session, stargazed with an astronomer, heard Cornish legends on the edge of Bodmin Moor and danced to @ronisizebristol 🎧in a hidden basement club.

That’s Replenish. BODY. MIND. PLANET.

Because real luxury means leaving a place better than you found it 🌱

Thank you, Heligan & Kernow Conservation, for the incredible work you do, and for sharing it with us. 💚

Still coming down from #ReplenishEquinox2026. What a week.
Five days in Cornwall with a group of people who arrived as strangers and left as friends.

Surfing & bootcamp in Polzeath with @wavehuntersuk @saunasbythesea @roots_health_and_performance.

Breathwork & Pine Marten habitats building at @heligangardens. Standing in the stream at @tregullandandco building a beaver dam with @kernowconservation - rewilding the land we're staying on.

Long lunch at @stenodoc @paulainsw6rth's new boutique hotel. Wildlife safari with @padstowsealifesafaris
Astronomy over Bodmin Moor, Deep Listening & Sound Baths with @sacredwellsoundbaths & @soulsticesoundbaths & yoga with @happy.soulyoga_7.

Water testing on the beach and a talk from our partners @surfersagainstsewage about the new water bill. Cornish storytelling with @johnbrollystoryteller. Long dinners & fire-cooked food with @stanspantry

And how can I forget the legend that is @ronisizebristol closing the week with an exclusive set in a hidden basement club at Barford Beach House 💃

The feedback coming in has floored me. "I finally feel like myself again." "What an amazing experience, I'll be spreading the word." "I'm going to get everyone I know to come on this." "So grateful... the tools I've learned I'll carry into my career, as well as some amazing new friends."

Our filmmaker @benwaltonfilms said it whilst standing in the stream: "you can give people a five-star dinner and take them anywhere in the world, but look at how happy they are building a beaver dam analog"

That's Replenish. "The Magic is in the Contrasts".

Another group of wonderful humans have shown us that The REPLENISH Method works. #BodyMindPlanet. Where luxury means leaving a place better than you found it.

Thank you to everyone who came and threw themselves into all of it. Footage and a lot more to come over the coming weeks.

More dates will be announced soon - link in bio for our waitlist if you want first refusal ❤️

To my amazing crew & partners Cat, Evie, Julie, Paul, Tilda, Ian, Sian, Jess, Luc, Ben, Mukkal, Marcel, Bonny, Sarah - thank you. K X
