It was all a dream. May 2025, FLØWSTATE was just me helping a few athletes with their strength and conditioning. Last Sunday we stood in a studio with people who have been with this brand since day one. Most of the people in these photos were part of FLØWSTATE well before the clothing. Standing with them in our clothing, was definitely a moment this all started to feel real. So much work and sacrifice has gone into building this behind the scenes! @maddisontayah_ has worked so go damn hard all year without reaping the rewards for the hours she puts in! I can’t thank you enough for supporting my dream and making it your own. ❤️ And honestly, the clothing is only half of what’s coming. What we’re building behind the scenes with some of the best in the industry is going to change how combat athletes train. Keep an eye on @trainflowstate 2.0 is coming 👀 This is the year. What an amazing and productive weekend. 😌✨ I’m incredibly grateful to live the life that I do and more than anything, I’m so happy to see things continuing to move in such a positive direction. 📈 There are two things from this weekend that I’m especially proud of: The first is one of my students Justin. 👊 As a fighter, I understand that everyone’s journey is different. As a coach one of the greatest privileges is being able to witness that journey unfold and see someone overcome obstacles they once thought were impossible. 🧗‍♂️ Not too long ago, Justin was in a moon boot. He had only recently started his MMA journey and was eager to train but instead found himself sitting mat side watching his teammates train while he couldn’t participate. The amount of time he spent in that boot and the mental fortitude it took to stay committed during that period deserves recognition in itself. 👏 Once the boot came off, Justin got consistent in the gym and we started preparing him for his MMA debut. Something he had always wanted to do. The preparation was phenomenal but when the lights came on his inexperience showed. There were plenty of lessons to be learned from that first fight. 💯 Rather than letting that experience define him, Justin put his head down and went to work. 😤 He worked relentlessly to level up his skills, patch the holes in his game and prove to himself that his first outing wasn’t a true reflection of what he was capable of. Fast forward to this weekend. Nich and I delivered a game plan clearly and concisely. the difference this time is Justin was more composed, more experienced and most importantly… he actually listened. 😂 He executed the game plan tremendously. 👌What many people saw as a scary fight and some what doubted Justin could overcome, became his David vs Goliath moment. ✨ He showed what can happen when you have faith in the work you’ve put in, belief in your team and most importantly belief in yourself. Justin I am so proud of you. I’m grateful to be a part of your journey. 😌✨ CONTINUE IN THE COMMENTS… ⬇️⬇️⬇️
