Sometimes all it takes is a space to reconnect. 🌿✨

Yesterday’s Soft Surrender Retreat with Melissa and Georgia was filled with mindfulness, beautiful connections, new experiences, and so much inspiration.

From Yin Yoga and meditation to sound healing, Mala-making, Gua Sha, a cacao ceremony, and delicious food by Gem. 🤍

I left feeling deeply grounded, grateful, and inspired.

But something else happened, too. Somewhere along the way, a little seed was planted. 🌱

And instead of just wondering what could grow from it, I’ve decided to take the first steps.

To be continued… ✨

How to summarise this weekend.

Connection, peace, serenity, calm and truly wonderful.

Backstory… I’ve wanted to attend a retreat for what feels like forever. But as I’m not really a huge yoga lover (Pilates girly 👋🏻) I have really struggled to find the right ‘fit’. Step in the gorgeous Jana from @vitality_method
Jana has spent the last 20 years curating the most beautiful community of women from all walks of life, who come together to share a love for Pilates, peace and calm.

The weekend was full of love, connection, vulnerability, sharing and just the right amount of movement, whilst also nurturing us with absolutely incredible food, drink and keeping us together in this wonderful capsule for the whole weekend at @westwoodretreatcentre

My favourite part of the weekend was the unbelievably emotional sound bath from @osher.wellness who is not only an incredibly talented sound therapist, but who also bathed us in her own voice which was like nectar 🤍

Jana I am SO grateful for this beautiful weekend, I will honestly never forget everything that you created 🤍

SOUL MAGIC BECAME AN EXPERIENCE THIS WEEKEND ✨🌙

Our very first Soul Magic Experience — held within the beautiful energy of @reformmerootssouthport

A dreamy, immersive journey created to give women permission to switch off from the world, melt into a squidgy cushion and simply receive…

We began with a guided Soul & Vision visualisation, reconnecting with our dreams and welcoming a new season filled with abundance, happiness and beautiful energy.

@ginawiththedreads then guided us through the most mindful Yin movement, before @osher.wellness transported the room on an incredible Alchemy Crystal Sound Journey.

Our cooling Dreams In Bloom jade stone eye masks rested gently over our eyes — symbolising abundance, harmony and good health — while the soft energy of Rose Quartz rested on our wrists gifting our Heart Whisper Bracelets ✨💕

We visualised.
We moved.
We softened.
We surrendered.

A magical journey for the body, mind and soul.

This was the first Soul Magic Experience… but it certainly won’t be the last. 🪄🤍

Soul & Vision will now be bringing Soul Magic to beautiful studios and special spaces.

If you would love to bring the Soul Magic Experience to your community, send us a little message ✨

✨ OH MY GOSH… WE’RE BACK! ✨

I genuinely didn’t think I’d be doing another one this year, so I’m absolutely over the moon to be able to announce that my immersive wellness day is BACK — and again, with some truly beautiful collaborations after such a successful one in July.

On 29th November, we’re going to spend the whole day slowing down, switching off and immersing ourselves in an experience designed to awaken all of the senses just before the Christmas craziness begins.

Think movement.
Sound.
Nourishment.
Connection.
And, of course… Sourdough. 🥖

🧘‍♀️ Yoga with @lucywatsonsomatics
🎶 Sound with @osher.wellness
🥤 Juice with @prodjuicejuicery / @waterhousesqualityfood
🍞 Sourdough with me @thepathofyeastresistance_
⛪️ venue @nethalderleyvillagehall

This isn’t just a day away from the everyday.

It’s a chance to pause, breathe, nourish, connect and come back to yourself — through movement, sound, food, nature and the simple pleasure of being present.

A full day to immerse yourself in wellness, without the pressure, perfection or noise.

And honestly… I think we all need a little more of that. 🤍

29th November | Full Day | Immersive Wellness Experience

Spaces will be limited, because this is all about creating something intimate, personal and really special.

I cannot wait to bring this one to life. ✨

Bookings open 2nd Sept…. For more info pop me a message 🤍🤎
