A little look back at our Sound System Building Workshop with @honeydrippp 💌👌🏼

As part of our 10th anniversary programming, we gathered at Osler Records @osler.records for an evening of hands-on learning, building, and sharing knowledge through sound.🫂🎵🎼

Led by Honeydrip, participants explored the process of building a two-way passive speaker from the ground up, from assembling the cabinet to soldering, wiring, and understanding the components that bring a sound system to life 🎧🎤

A big thank you to Honeydrip @honeydrippp for sharing her knowledge and practice with us, to Osler Records @osler.records for hosting, and to everyone who came out to learn, experiment, and build together.

Grammy winning producer and songwriter Knox Fortune plays Osler Records to celebrate his new EP, Flying Colors. Known for his work with artists such as Remi Wolf, Justin Bieber, and Chance the Rapper, his own records are something warmer and weirder: bright, melodic pop that borrows freely from psych, indie rock and hip-hop, and never sits still for long.

Runway The Catwalker is a Toronto-based, award-winning artist, songwriter and producer known for his fearless, genre-bending approach to music. Blending the raw energy of punk and indie with the grit and attitude of hip-hop, Runway has built a sound that refuses to fit neatly into any one category.

After spending years writing, producing and developing his sound behind the scenes, Runway has stepped back into the spotlight with a new era of music that is louder, more personal and unapologetically his own. His recent releases showcase an artist equally comfortable with distorted guitars, infectious melodies and rap-influenced swagger, all tied together by his unmistakable personality and style.

With a growing catalogue and a new project on the way, Runway The Catwalker is carving out his own lane in Toronto’s alternative music scene. No filters. No apologies. Just Runway.
