🏀 THE JOURNEY IS THE LESSON. THE WORK IS THE DIFFERENCE. 💯🔥

Yesterday, our girls-only training group got a special opportunity to learn from someone who's putting in the work and preparing for the next level!

@addy.gillman is a senior at Mason High School, and next season she'll be taking her talents to the Division I level in Florida! 🎓🏀

But before the next chapter comes the journey.

She spoke to our girls about HARD WORK, the road she's traveled, and what it takes to keep pushing toward your goals and more!

And that's the message I wanted our girls to hear.

Success doesn't happen overnight. It takes discipline when nobody is watching, consistency when things get difficult, and the willingness to keep working when the outcome isn't guaranteed.

Our girls got to hear that message from someone who's living it.

To Addy: THANK YOU for sharing your journey and investing in the next generation. Your story is still being written, but it's already making an impact. ❤️

At T.O.C.K. Basketball Academy, we're developing more than athletes. We're building confidence, character, basketball IQ, and a community of young women who can see what's possible when preparation meets opportunity.

THE GOAL IS BIGGER THAN BASKETBALL. 🏀💪🏾

Your location might say somewhere else these days... but a part of you will forever be a part of The Nest. 💙🦅 No matter where life takes you, you can consider @UofNorthFlorida your home. Come walk the trails, visit your favorite campus spots, and remember that you're always welcome back.

Plus, don't forget Homecoming is just a month away, so if you were looking for a good excuse to visit home, we've got plenty of excitement in store! Once an Osprey, Always an Osprey #SWOOP

🔥 2027 RHIANNA BOYNTON 🔥
At 6’1”, Rhianna Boynton is a versatile forward who can also step onto the wing and make an impact. She brings toughness, athleticism, and nonstop energy every time she takes the court. Rhianna dominates the glass, protects the rim, finishes through contact, and consistently creates extra possessions for her team.
Her ability to play inside or on the perimeter makes her a difficult matchup. She is a proven double-double threat and a winning player who impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Her motor, physicality, rebounding instincts, defensive presence, and expanding offensive game make her a Class of 2027 prospect college coaches need to know.

When #CollegeColorsDay falls on #904Day, there’s only one proper way to celebrate! It doesn’t matter if you graduated over 50 years ago or just joined the @UofNorthFlorida family this year...

𝐏𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞!

As usual, @UNFOspreys uses 904 Day as a way to raise funds for the department’s continued pursuit of providing a championship-caliber experience for their student-athletes. This year, they’re looking to implement state-of-the-art force plate technology to provide coaches, athletic trainers and performance staff with advanced data to enhance the performance, recovery and injury prevention.

During 904 Day 2026, anyone who makes a donation of $90.40 will get a limited edition 904 Ospreys hat (while supplies last). To show your support, visit the link in our bio.
