Another amazing @ossiningmatters 5K/2M event! Perfect weather for running/walking along the @oldcrotonaqueducttrail and downtown Ossining. This event never disappoints to nourish everyone with great community vibes. SSKB Run Club members took home some medals, but they aren’t resting on their laurels! Join them Sunday @ 9am as they put their running shoes back on for another fun run with friends—albeit a slightly smaller group. Oh… and have you stopped by today to turn in your bib for a free draft beverage or soft drink? That offer is good until 11pm tonight! #running #runclub

SENIORS: IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO GET STRONGER! 💪🔥

No matter where you are in your fitness journey—beginner, active, or somewhere in between—strength training can help you feel stronger, move better, and stay independent.

Here are 3 big benefits:

🏋️ Build Strength & Maintain Muscle — Strength training helps you preserve muscle and improve the strength you need for everyday activities.

🦵 Improve Balance & Mobility — Regular exercise can help you move with more confidence, maintain mobility, and support your ability to stay active.

🤝 Socialize & Work Together — Train alongside your peers, meet new people, encourage each other, and put in some GOOD WORK! There’s something motivating about getting stronger together. 🔥

You don’t have to be in great shape to start. You just have to start.

👉 Join Briarcliff Strength Club and get your senior work in! 💪

At Briarcliff Strength Club, we believe adults should train for more than just appearance — you should train to move better, feel stronger, and stay capable. 💪🔥

The Barbell RDL is one of our go-to exercises because it targets the posterior chain while teaching you how to properly hinge at the hips.

3 big benefits:
🍑 Stronger glutes — build power and support your hips
💪 Stronger hamstrings — improve lower-body strength and stability
🦵 Better hip strength & movement — carry over to everyday activities and other exercises

Don’t just train to look strong. Train to stay strong. 🔥

Landing the plane with PART III from the #Ossining #worldcup #watchparty 🛬 ⚽️ #fca volunteer @emilylowell_ & @discipledwarrior challenged kids to guess how many @dum_dums were in the box. The winner would receive a @victorybeyondthecup Campaign Kit (soccer ball, wristbands, country guide, etc.) What a great opportunity to connect with the younger generation! #JesusWon

It was a privilege to attend the 2026 Ossining Waterfront performance by the Westchester Women's Chorus, whose inspiring patriotic and historical program, "Echoes of Liberty: Women's HERstory in Song," beautifully celebrated the extraordinary contributions women have made throughout our nation's history.

Through powerful music and heartfelt storytelling, the performance honored the courage, perseverance, and achievements of generations of American women while commemorating our nation's upcoming 250th anniversary. It was a wonderful reminder that the story of America cannot be told without recognizing the countless women who helped shape our communities, our freedoms, and our future.

Thank you to the Westchester Women's Chorus for an outstanding performance and for bringing history to life in such a meaningful way. As we continue celebrating America's Semiquincentennial, events like these remind us of the people and stories that define our nation's enduring legacy
