Lakers make it happen!

It’s always an honor to work alongside the incredible @ted_deluxe, but it’s extra special to have a fellow @sunyoswego grad on the leadership team for the 2026 Toyota USATF Outdoor & Para National Championships.

As Chief Event Production Officer and Race Director of the New York Road Runners, Ted Metellus 97’ was part of the local organizing committee and instrumental in bringing the championships to the city for the first time in 35 years.

His work made my (class of ‘05 even though Ted looks younger) job as Chief Content & Communications Officer at USA Track & Field not only easier, but a lot more fun!

Best of luck to Ted as his team puts on the TCS NYC Marathon in just a few months!
