My second GBB, and this time, I finally understood what it’s all about. ❤️‍🔥 When I went to Tokyo, I was so focused on my sets, and the pressure of competing that I barely got to take everything in. This time was different. I could just enjoy the event, watch, listen, and take it all in without worrying about my own performance. One of the biggest highlights was finally seeing legends like D-Low, River’ and Footbox G perform live. These are artists I’ve known for years, but had never actually seen perform on stage in person. And seeing @alexinhobbx and @alem_new_school together as Uniteam was something special. Huge shoutout to @river_bbx for becoming a two-time GBB champion!🙏🏻 And @codfishbeatbox vs @wing7ackpot was an absolutely legendary battle. So many incredible battles that I can’t wait to rewatch in proper audio. Also, great to see @sinjo.xyz back behind the desk! I think this was the first time I truly got to experience GBB for what it is. Without all the nerves and pressure, I could just enjoy the culture, the people, and the battles. It reminded me why I fell in love with beatboxing in the first place. Came back home feeling more inspired than ever, with a renewed drive to train, create, and grow as an artist. Much love to everyone who made this experience special. ❤️‍🔥 My second GBB, and this time, I finally understood what it’s all about. ❤️‍🔥 When I went to Tokyo, I was so focused on my sets, and the pressure of competing that I barely got to take everything in.
