Jesus said, “My peace I give you.” That means the peace we’re looking for isn’t found in having everything figured out. It’s found in knowing who is holding everything together. So today, I’m choosing to release what I can’t control and trust the One who can.

Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:6

Through life, we often want immediate gratification. We want the harvest without going through the process. We want the fruit without planting the seed. We want the blessing without experiencing the growing pains that prepare us for it.

But we have to understand our Father’s timing. God doesn’t just prepare the blessing He prepares us for the blessing.

Every disciple was prepared for the purpose God gave them. And it was during that preparation that they learned how to steward what had been entrusted to them.
