2 YEARS IN THE ORANGE ZONE! 🖤
Holding this brag board with pride because every class represents a choice to show up, put in the work, and keep going.
Despite the detours, the setbacks, and the adjustments along the way, I’m still showing up. My journey may look a little different at times, but the commitment is still there.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the coaches, members, and OTF community who have motivated me, encouraged me, and been part of this journey. You’ve made these two years even more meaningful!
Here’s to the journey, the growth, and everything still ahead!#twoyearsstrong #otfcommunity #otfanniversary #stillshowingup #girlpower

Two years ago, I walked into OTF, never imagining how much it would become a part of my life.
It’s been about so much more than workouts. It’s the coaches who inspire me, the members who push me, the friendships made, and the community that keeps me coming back.
Through the highs, the challenges, and even the unexpected detours, OTF has taught me that consistency is showing up, progress takes patience, and strength comes in many forms.
Two years in, and I’m still showing up, still growing, and still grateful🙏🏽#2yearsstrong #orangethoeryfitness #fitnessjourney #otfcommunity

Coming into this store was so refreshing. The owner Yvette and I got into a 45 min conversation. Anyone who knows me well would say, ‘of course you did!’. The fun part is founding out that our children will be attending the same elementary school, we have friends in common and discussed how our experiences lead us to entrepreneurship. In these moments is where, for me, pessimism turns to optimism about the world around me. Thank you @findingvettey. 🫶🏽

2025 rookie season was everything and more. Not only do I have a new found love for fitness and wellness, but for the @orangetheory community as well.

Being a coach has allowed me to share my authentic self without judgement. I get to share my passion and knowledge with others AND educate myself about the world of movement everyday.

Being a coach has even changed my mindset toward how I want to move my body and what my fitness goals look like. (@hyroxamerica I’ll see you soon 😛)

Coaching has given me the best work fam 😌@orangetheoryemeryville @otfsolano

2026 is gonna be the time to shine 🤩
