The Breathe In Motion team had so much fun getting out of the clinic and under the orange lights for an OTF workout at OrangeTheory Fitness Third Ward!

We spend our days helping our patients stay strong, active, and doing what they love, so we always love an opportunity to get a workout in together too.

Huge thank you to @stephbelter and the OTF Third Ward team for having us, bringing the energy, and giving us a playlist that did not disappoint. 🧡

Today was Rock On to Wellness in Milwaukee 🌿
Presented by @aurorahealthcare and @summerfest , with @otfthirdward and @djshawna ; workout, yoga, good food…
But the best part: after a long winter stuck inside, being able to move outdoors with so many people was a true blessing.

The energy, the sun, the wind, the vibe… I absolutely loved it✨

Another great trip to Milwaukee to see my girl. Amazing weekend spent with people that just make my heart happy. ❤️. Will keep saying it…extremely grateful for the life I have. Went to see Project Hail Mary and cannot recommend this movie enough for everyone to go see it; def went through all the emotions watching it. And more importantly, Marquette got a huge win over Villanova on Saturday! 💙💛

Another great weekend in Milwaukee! So happy I was able to fit in a session with Olyvia. I can’t wait to see when all the Snoopy tattoos are done. Tried a 90 minute class at OTF in Third Ward this morning and just grateful and amazed by what this body can do! Really do love my life and the people in it! ❤️
