📺🎥 BACK TO REALITY!
.
For my birthday, I wanted to go all out & do a Reality TV theme. We had a whole TMZ pap moment ft. my friends & it was everything that I envisioned. There was only one goal: AVOID THE PAPS AT ALL COSTS 🏃🏻‍♂️💨 lmao everyone crushed it. I wanted it all: the chase scenes, the camera flashes, the SHADES! Ugh, it was all so perfect. Huge shoutout to the one & only @stephen.heo for capturing everything & helping me bring this crazy vision of mine to life. Also S/O to all my homies in the video, ofc none of it would’ve been possible without y’all. MY FRIENDS ARE MF STARS!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
.
Oh yeah… & this is just a small taste of what’s to come. It’s only the beginning 🥳 #BackToRealityS1 #DVTV

Insomnia - @themossband
Directing this fever dream of a music video was a dream come true! From cyberpunk dreamscapes to the snowy tundras to the lava-filled wastelands to the moon and back, The Moss’s star power shines through. Can’t thank my team at @simian.la enough for keeping this production a well-oiled machine with @dylanthemagnificant and @dbenfilms , @pierre.habib for shooting beautiful imagery, @cameronmarygold for coloring it with his signature grit, @jonasthorhallsson for his guidance and glitch-making, @thriftshopstudios for making these worlds physical, and @sp.heo for constructing these dreamscapes from manga-panel and Star Wars references. See if you can spot all the homages to anime, classic rock icons, and timeless films!
(Also, watch to the end to see a new development 👀)

Boyu - Hands Around Your Throat : as the 2nd single, I wanted to flip the image a complete 180 from ‘Flower Garden’ and introduce the hip hop influence in my songwriting. I made this record with Zenii exactly a year ago in NYC and the crew shot the MV in Feb in West Hollywood, one day before we shot ‘Flower Garden’. Thank you to everyone who has touched this song, from audio to film - it’s a very special one. ENJOY !!!
