POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

6’3” guard Jeremiah Ruffin @otm.jr put his complete scoring package on display throughout this month’s jamboree games. A versatile bucket-getter who produces at all three levels, he pairs offensive firepower with relentless defensive activity. The sophomore transfer is primed to be a focal point for Dyersburg State CC (TN) this season.

A handle isn’t built for the highlight reel. It’s built here, in the quiet hours when it’s just you, the court, and the work. This is where you find out if a ball has a real grip, a real feel—or if it gets left in the bag. A serious player knows the difference within the first few reps.

The H3AVY ball is for that daily dedication. It’s not about flash; it’s about building a foundation. Every pound on the ball is there to strengthen your control, so when the lights come on, the work is automatic. It's how you earn a handle that feels like second nature.

This is the standard. No shortcuts.

The work doesn’t always look flashy.

Sometimes it’s just reps, resistance, focus, and discipline.

H3AVY was built for players who want stronger handles, better control, and real game feel through resistance training.

Train heavy. Play different.

Got a feeling we'll be hearing from this young man in the near future. Put in too much work to call it quits. 💯🖤

As the prep/high school careers closes for the c/o 2025 kids I’ve had the opportunity to work with, coach, mentor, love on & support; I wanna tell you & all the parents THANK YOU! I come from a time where the OG would look out for the youngin. It was a duty in my neighborhood to push a youngsta forward & provide whatever support they needed to reach their goals. I still stand on that principle today. I appreciate everyone thanking me & showing me so much love but truthfully, I owe you all the THANK YOU!!! I’m obligated to pay forward what others done for me. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to do so with your child. I’ve yelled at your kids, pushed them beyond their threshold & talked late on the phone with them about anything they wanted to talk about. I was brutally honest with them about how they approached chasing their dreams. The conversations could be tough & difficult to digest. However, these kids knew I cared & wanted the best for them & still do. I broke kids down physically & mentally then rebuilt them to be better & stronger. No names players who could not make their school teams evolved into being a starter on their school team, ranked top 100 or better in their state, & all region selections. Unfamiliar names eventually became Region POYs, All-state selections, All-County selections or POY. Can’t forget the number of State POYs that came from the Coach TJ umbrella. 2 unranked players to nationally ranked 4⭐️. Bottom line is……ALL I BUILD IS DAWGS. The process is not appealing to the eye, it’s difficult but the results are consistent & proven to elevate a young student-athlete above the bar they set for themselves. My kids are comfortable being uncomfortable. If you were a DAWG when you played for Coach TJ, the probability is high you’re a DAWG at everything you do now. Classroom DAWG, athletic competition DAWG, goal setter & dream chaser DAWG. My kids don’t run to comfort. I pushed my kids to play & work hard. If that’s not enough, play & work harder. No excuses!Only the results matter plus nobody cares. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE TRUST, BUY-IN & allowing me to be a part of your journey. #TSTJ2025
