POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We have a new person for you to get to know at Holt x Palm 🤗 His name is Rey Lopez and he will be heading up the hospitality for all of our new ventures in the Arts District ...the wine bar, the honkey tonk, and @otownpizzeria 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. You're gonna love Rey so pop in and say Hey 🤘

Also, what should we name the wine bar?

And, mark your calendars for the @otownwalls_dto Mural festival happening October 12-17th - more to come on that and make sure to follow our page for all the details.

A big part of our process is exploration 👀 Being curious and discovering new things. It's how we get inspiration, motivation, and begin creation.

We're working on opening the wine bar in Holt x Palm before we open the pizza shop 🍕 We're thinking of it as a gateway to our hospitality division. Start with the wine bar - evolve into a full bar with the Honky Tonk and then go full restaurant beast with @otownpizzeria

Stay tuned while we build the downtown 🤘

The HxP kitchen may be done-ish but we are still up to our 👀 in projects - we got @otownpizzeria to build, the ACE on Holt to break ground on, @untitledartgallery_dto to deal with, and the Claremont house to think about - just to name a few.

And let's not forget about @otownwalls_dto to produce.

Tagged along with the City of Ontario to the ICSC tradeshow in Vegas...this is where cities and retailers and commercial property management brokerages converge to network and explore business opportunities. I have to say that Ontario has the most going on!!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Everyone is always wondering what's going on beyond the shop at Holt x Palm 🤔 The question really is...What's NOT goin' on?

✅ We are a Real Estate Brokerage...
Did you know we'll give you 25% off the whole store at close when you list your property with us?

✅ We do Escrow

✅ Property Management

✅ Vacation Rentals

✅ We are General Contractors

And of course, we have lots of projects going on...

✅ Continued renovation of the building...working on our HxP kitchen currently
✅ Plans for the pizzeria - @otownpizzeria
✅ Organizing @3rdsaturdays_dto monthly events
✅ Launching a weekly market in the DTO featuring @vegandepot_events
✅ Non-stop collection of vendors and artists for @untitledartgallery_dto
✅ Planning a huge mural for the church building next door (new acquisition)

I'm sure I'm forgetting something big...

Oh yah...we have a secret art gallery that opens up each month on 3rd Saturdays and features a local artist with a solo show!!!

This month we are highlighting Su Cheatham and her lovely abstract and mixed media pieces 👌🏼 @sucheathamartist

Su's work is on exhibit until April 13th in the Holt x Palm retail store and in the gallery as well as for purchase on-line 🦋🦋🦋

Come Visit and see what's goin' on!
