How Long til Opportunity Meets Preparation?? In December I held my 3rd Runningback University class… my goal with this semester was to push my guys dedication to the craft.. so I offered my guys the most training i could 6am sessions & 8pm sessions IN THE SAME DAY.. I’m so proud of all of these young men for coming and allowing me the opportunity to push their Body’s and Minds! Each of these young men are on different journeys some in Highschool, some in college, one apart of the 2024 NFL draft class. All of them worked each day and were Dedicated to the process! Proud of each of yaw! S\O to @etsp.2021 & @tiggsvisualz I appreciate everyone involved for helping me get these young men together for this work! I am truly appreciative and grateful!!

If you’ve been following my page long enough you know every year I hold a class called Runningback University.. this is the third year I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best talent the state has to offer at the highschool level and collegiate level.. I have to thank @etsp.2021 for being the home for this course two years in a row! I appreciate how you treat me and my guys like family! I want to thank @tiggsvisualz for coming out and getting some flicks of the guys! THE LAST SLIDE IS NOT THE OFFICIAL GRADUATION VIDEO.. I will be making a separate post highlighting the last class we had and giving you guys a real look at the type of work my guys put in! And finally I have to thank all the young men that came out and put their mind and bodies through the wringer during these work out sessions. I continuously told you boys that iron sharpens iron and you guys pushed each other and even the guys that wasn’t apart of this last class came in at 6am and some late night sessions just to get a little better.. That’s REAL DEDICATION!!! Stay on the look out for the official video and thank you all again! Until next time!

I reposted this on my timeline but this post deserves to be on my page permanently.. I am not interested in just anybody being apart of my RBU class.. I’m not interested in just filling the class up with body’s and allowing guys to come in and just get by.. I named this course Dedication for a reason!! So whatever excuse you can come up with keep it.. this class isn’t for you anyway, I wish you all the luck in the world but all of my guys are taking this next season personal.. I’m so excited for yaw to see what we build!!
