COME EAT WITH US AT @otsudumpling 🥟

The name Otsu comes from the Japanese expression “otsukaresama desu,” a phrase that roughly translates to “thanks for the hard work.”

Located right next to The Mill & Mine in Downtown Knoxville, Otsu Dumpling serves up handcrafted dumplings, shareable small plates, and curated cocktails from traditional favorites to creative experiments.

It’s the perfect spot to unwind, share a few plates, and cheers to a job well done.🍸

@otsudumpling already has plenty of vegan-friendly dishes to explore, but for the Knoxville Vegan Chef Challenge, they have created THREE new ones!

Whatever you do, DO NOT SKIP DESSERT 🤤

Meet:

✨ the Xiao Miyeok-Guk Soup Dumpling: a Korean seaweed soup-inspired filling with king oyster mushroom and tofu, wrapped in a green spinach wrapper

✨ some lovely local seasonal vegetables that you can order to have on the side

✨ the Jian Dui, crispy Chinese glutinous rice balls filled with black sesame and dark chocolate, served in warm soy milk.

Try these VCC specials throughout September and leave your rating on the event website at veganchefchallenge.org/Knoxville. Your reviews help determine the Knoxville chefs at the top of the VCC!

Organized in partnership with @knoxvegan and sponsored by @rubusk9 and @loxsalon 💚
