Created this as a birthday gift for my sis @stacie.c.cannon ❤️ What I create and do, I have learned over time, is not for everyone! In the past this would have plagued me but today, I’m okay with it!!! I’m thankful for those who love me, not just for what I do and create but for who I am! You were not called to everyone, but to those you were called to, may they be blessed by the light of your life ❤️ #countmeout #art #blackart #blackgirlmagic #icreate #mentalhealth #blacktherapy #artist #artistic #unique #authentic #oneofakind #kendricklamar #beauty #beautiful #uniqueart #authenticart #africanamericanartist #multidisciplinary

Been getting back into painting over the last year or so as a stress reliever through all the tension I have been experiencing and another outlet to create since I’m not always able to get in a dance class. It has been a blessing and a way to hone/brush up on my skills that have diminished a bit over time because I wasn’t putting in any practice. But we back at it. One step at a time. What I create is not for everyone, but for the ones it is for, I hope it is a blessing and encouragement to do something for yourself. These three were done for a good friend and thinking of selling prints of as well. #blackgirlmagic #blackart #blackartist #creative #create #acrylicpainting #acrylic
