MEET TEAM 04.

This team started with a little friendly recruiting.

Brandon Burt of Suburban Contemporary Furniture and Ronette Wallace of OTW Interiors are making their Design Appétit debut thanks in part to returning creative Chef Zach Hutton of The Old Ice House, a friend of Brandon’s who encouraged him to join this year’s lineup.

Now they’re turning that friendship into Autumn Brilliance.

Their palette layers rich merlot, dark green, warm orange and gold with dramatic black, walnut, metallics and organic textures—all designed to create what the team calls luxurious warmth.

Think modern comfort, harvest colors, warm light, great food and the kind of setting that keeps friends around the table a little longer.

New designers. A returning chef. One very good recommendation. Meet Team 04.

Getting to walk through each space and see the creativity every designer brought into this home has been so inspiring.

So many different styles, ideas, and stories… all together in one space for such a great cause 💚

🎥 Where luxury meets adrenaline, and every day feels like a scene from your favorite Bond film.

Welcome to 4424 Redbud Circle, a residence that redefines sophistication in the heart of Oklahoma City’s Adventure District... with a NEW price🔥

Sleek lines, dramatic angles, and floor-to-ceiling glass frame your world like a cinematic shot.

Every light reflection, every shadow, every moment feels intentional.

Inside, elegant modern finishes flow through open living spaces that rise to breathtaking 22-foot ceilings.

The chef’s kitchen is crafted for both performance and poise; quartz counters, designer lighting, and a butler’s pantry discreetly tucked behind the scene, like Q’s hidden lab.

Upstairs, the bonus retreat overlooks the grand living room below. A vantage point worthy of a secret agent.

Around each corner, thoughtful details emerge: a media room ready for martinis and movies, a primary suite rivaling a five-star resort, and three covered patios inviting evening cocktails under starlit skies.

Beyond the home lies an urban escape — the Adventure District’s best dining, golf, and entertainment just minutes away.

Whether it’s a quiet night in or a thrilling night out, this address connects tranquility with the pulse of the city.
