So thankful for my time at Ouachita and for every person who walked beside me through the highs and lows! God has been so faithful through every step of this journey, and I’m beyond grateful for what’s ahead 🤍

Officially done with college! The past 4 years have been some of the most challenging years of my life, but also the most rewarding. Im so grateful to all of those who helped me get through nursing school, because I couldn't have done it without them 💜💛

“Let me go get a nurse… oh wait… I am a nurse!!”🩺

I cannot believe that I am officially a Ouachita alumni!! These past five years have been so surreal. I have learned so many life lessons that I will hold onto. I have had memories that I will cherish forever. Whilst nursing school has not been an easy task, I have learned how to persevere. Having early mornings and late nights, having so many assignments, and trying to grieve the loss of my pop pop while pushing through the rest of school has been a struggle, but it was possible.

I wouldn’t have made it to where I am today without the support from my loved ones. I am so thankful to everyone that pushed me, prayed for me, and gave me advice.

Onto the next chapter…

Nursing Skills 101! Learn from one of our senior nursing students, Hannah Newcomb, about how to administer supplemental oxygen via nasal cannula in our simulation lab! We are so thankful for our state of the art facilities that allow us to learn and practice our skills safely, while imitating real world scenarios. 🩺
