I’ve been Bucky’s owner since I got him in October. Out of all the dogs I could’ve gotten, I chose him. He was dirty, covered in fleas (not to mention disobedient), you name it. But despite all that, I still chose him. Not even in a similar manner, but in an infinitely more loving, gracious, holy, and perfect way, this is how God is with us. No one is good as we are all dirty, stained with sin, prone to choose the destructive passions of this world and of the flesh. He has every reason to reject us because of our rebellion against Him who is all things pure and holy. Yet in spite of our sinful nature, God chose to send Christ to save us (Rom. 5:8). Those who would turn from their sin and put their faith in Christ and His death and resurrection He calls His own (Rom. 10:9)!

God has closed some doors for me in this season of life, but has opened so many more! That said, Bucky will be spending his summer in Houston with his new owner Avel and his family before returning to Norman in the fall! I hope you all have enjoyed having him around as much as I have!

This year, we have celebrated milestone anniversaries for six of our chapters and their alumni. The men of these chapters over generations have embodied what it means to bring the name of Jesus to their campuses and beyond.

Congrats to our milestone anniversary chapters!
