This set has actually been sitting in my cupboard for a while 🥹🤍 Not because I didn’t love it… I just didn’t quite have the confidence to wear something this fitted. But lately I’ve been learning that growth usually means getting a little uncomfortable and doing the thing anyway. Something I am working on with my coach. My body has done some pretty incredible things. I’m a mum of five, I’ve worked bloody hard, and I’m still working towards where I want to be. I definitely don’t have it all figured out, but I do know this. When I find activewear that makes me feel confident, strong and good in my own skin, damn right I’m going to celebrate that and share it. I also love what @oulaactive stands for. Jess grew up around here and has gone on to build her own coaching business and activewear brand, which I think is pretty bloody cool, especially while I’m building my own little thing too. So yeah… I came for the activewear, but I think I stayed for how it made me feel. 💙🩵 Activewear: @oulaactive Coach: @strongrcoaching Gym: @rufit_fitness #confidencejourney #womensfitness #activewear #strongwomen #womeninbusiness
