Nourish your skin inside and out during pregnancy to minimize stretch marks and celebrate your changing body. 💛✨ Here's How: -Stay hydrated (minerals- favorite is Quinton) -Load up on vitamin C (liposomal for easy absorption) -Eat healthy fats (ghee and salmon- check out @seatopia for pregnancy safe sushi grade fish...yes you can eat THIS BRAND sushi if you're pregnant- you're welcome!) -Eat zinc-rich foods -Avoid SEED OILS like the plague Pair that with gentle, clean topical care—think rosehip oil, shea butter, or soothing aloe...or our personal favorite- Chamomile infused Olive Oil balm from @oulisointment! Join us in making a difference this #GivingTuesday! Hear from our Executive Director, Nancy Davidson, about the transformative impact of our Holiday Angels program and how your support brings cheer to women with cancer. 💖 The women served by Living Beauty Cancer Foundation often struggle to make ends meet for their families while enduring cancer treatment. Rising costs, medical care, and the inability to work cause financial hardships for women with cancer, putting additional strain on their already limited financial resources for the holidays. We invite you to become a Living Beauty Holiday Angel and make a significant impact in the lives of a Living Beauty family this holiday season. Your support can help us accomplish the following: ✨ $100: Provide a Holiday Meal for one family ✨ $250: Adopt a Living Beauty who may be living alone, providing holiday spirits and essentials ✨ $500: Adopt a family for the holidays, including the Living Beauty and her family members Your gift in any amount will be allocated where most needed. All donations are 100% tax-deductible. Please accept our gratitude and extended blessings for your support in spreading peace and joy to women with cancer and their families! 📣 Share this post on your story, tag a friend in the comments, and help us spread the word! Together, we can make this holiday season brighter for those in need. #LivingBeautyOrg #LivingBeauty #HolidayAngels #CancerSupport #CancerCommunity #SupportCancerPatients #SeasonOfGiving #SpreadJoy #GiveBack #HolidayCharity #CancerAwareness #TransformLives
