Long autumn weekends call for crisp air, cozy kitchens, and dinners that practically make themselves. 🍂🤎

Meet your new fall favorite: One-Pan Maple Dijon Chicken & Orzo. Golden, crispy chicken thighs nestled into tender, flavorful orzo, all baked together with Nan’s Harbor Maple Dijon Vinaigrette.

A little prep, a little Nan’s, and let the oven do the rest. Because the best fall dinners leave more time for enjoying the season.

🍁 ONE-PAN MAPLE DIJON CHICKEN & ORZO

Recipe by @ourcountertop

INGREDIENTS
• 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
• ½ cup Nan’s Harbor Maple Dijon Vinaigrette, divided
• 1½ cups uncooked orzo
• 2½ cups chicken broth
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Marinate chicken thighs in ¼ cup Harbor Maple Dijon Vinaigrette for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread uncooked orzo evenly in a 9x13 baking dish.

Add chicken broth, remaining vinaigrette, Stir to combine.

Nestle chicken thighs skin-side up over the orzo sprinkle your seasoning blend (garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper) onto the chicken.

Cover tightly and bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake another 10 minutes at 425°F until the chicken is golden, cooked through, and the orzo is tender.

✨ One pan. Minimal cleanup. Maximum fall flavor.
Save this recipe for your long weekend dinner rotation, and send it to someone who loves a cozy, no-fuss meal!

Savoring summer, one last forkful at a time. 🌽🍅

Grilled steak, sweet corn, ripe tomatoes, avocado and all the good things tossed together with Lala Garlic Vinaigrette.

Recipe by @ourcountertop, dressing by Nan’s. A pretty perfect end-of-summer pairing, if you ask us.

chicken meatball soup 🥣
rainy sunday felt like football & soup season
and this was a tasty dish!! but I’ll admit it took a bit longer than Ina’s brodo with very similar flavors so I think next time I’ll just make that one:) this does have the boost of the protein with the chicken meatballs so more hardy. if you’re focused on that than this might be a soup recipe for you. it took roughly an hour and a half start to finish so still very doable!

(lemon chicken meatball & mini pasta soup)
*missing spinach which would have been a perf addition

POV: You just realized potato salad was never supposed to be cold. 🤯

Roasted until crispy, tossed while warm with Nan’s Harbor Maple Dijon Vinaigrette, crispy bacon, parmesan, and fresh herbs. This is the side dish everyone asks for the recipe.

Save this before your next cookout.
