Shoutout to one of our special 2026 Collaborators, CEO @gabelemon of @g6.performance , for bringing the Force Plates experience to my 10th Annual R.E.A.L. Manhood 101 Youth Leadership Summit & College Day at @sacstate on October 9th!

This was a fun and educational experience for the Young Kings and R.E.A.L. Mentors.

Force plates are specialized, measurement platforms that record the physical forces exerted by a body against the ground.

Although I wish I had technology like this back in middle school and high school to test my explosiveness...

I'm beyond grateful that we could provide this opportunity to our 7th-12th grade Young Kings.

This was definitely a highlight during our Mentor Marketplace.

The energy level was already high and then this took it to another level!

Thank you, Gabe Lemon and g6 Performance, for collaborating with us and contributing the Force Plates and Metrix by G6 to our summit.

S/O to Coach @_joshj_ for making sure the Young Kings were safe and having a PhenomenAmazing time.

Greater things ahead! #REALmanhood101 #OneMentorAway | REALmanhood101.org

Two weeks ago I said ‘I Do’ to my best friend — and I am still thinking about how that man did not shed a single tear. Y’all think he hates me? 🥹

The flowers have faded, the honeymoon has ended, and the dress has been put away—but I’m still waking up completely in awe that I get to be your wife. 🤍
