When every detail you imagined is suddenly right in front of you. 🤍 The mood board, the inspiration photos, the countless little decisions, the late-night conversations about every detail… and then suddenly, it’s all real. Watching a couple walk into their reception space for the first time and seeing that reaction is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. ✨ Wedding Planning: @joyfullyco_ Venue: @nixonlibraryevents Catering: @furiwa Liquor: @whitehouse_catering Cake: @penelopesperfections Desserts: @jasminecreamery Late Night Snacks: @streetstylehd Photography: @susieandwill Videography: @encorstudio Content Creation: @btsweddingsbyash Florals: @cityflowerla Live Art: @lizzie_bork MC/DJ: @949studio Cold Sparklers + Low Fog: @lotuseventpros Photobooth: @8bitphotobooth HMU: @itsada Paper Goods: @saltpaperco Signage:@ourscriptstudio Chair + Napkin Rentals: @sigpartyrentals Dog Handler: @idogtoo Wedding Gown: @oahbridal Tuxedo: @tuongtailor #WeddingPlannerLife #WeddingDayBehindTheScenes #WeddingDesign #WeddingReception #WeddingInspiration

Who said seating charts have to be ordinary? ✨ R + H turned theirs into a display of their favorite chips—and every guest’s name and table assignment was printed on a custom chip bag clip. 🥹 A detail that was equal parts personal, interactive, and practical. Guests found their seats, grabbed a snack, and had a keepsake to take home—all in one thoughtful display. It’s ideas like these that make a wedding feel uniquely you. 🤍 Wedding Planning: @joyfullyco_ Venue: @nixonlibraryevents Catering: @furiwa Liquor: @whitehouse_catering Cake: @penelopesperfections Desserts: @jasminecreamery Late Night Snacks: @streetstylehd Photography: @susieandwill Videography: @encorstudio Content Creation: @btsweddingsbyash Florals: @cityflowerla Live Art: @lizzie_bork MC/DJ: @949studio Cold Sparklers + Low Fog: @lotuseventpros Photobooth: @8bitphotobooth HMU: @itsada Paper Goods: @saltpaperco Signage:@ourscriptstudio Chair + Napkin Rentals: @sigpartyrentals Dog Handler: @idogtoo Wedding Gown: @oahbridal Tuxedo: @tuongtailor #CreativeSeatingChart #WeddingSeatingChart #PersonalizedWedding #WeddingGuestExperience #WeddingInspo

Custom guest boards where everyone gets to draw their own face! True to the ”Our Favorite People“ sign, this interactive display became a one-of-a-kind masterpiece filled with the personal touches of those who matter most. It was so much joy seeing guests get creative and leave their mark in such a playful, heartfelt way. As a planner, I live for these thoughtful details—they transform a traditional guestbook into a living memory that our couples will cherish forever. Such a beautiful reflection of the love and energy that filled the day!
