Can you believe one of these ladies hadn’t been to a group workout class in over 10 years???

The last time she tried a step class in particular they told her to just go walk on the treadmill! 😬

What if I told in this video this isn’t her first time she came back after facing her anxieties head on, but not only did she come back she brought her best friend! Not only did she bring her best friend she let me record her! I’m so proud of my girl.

When I say this class is beginner friendly I mean it. It’s a safe space. It’s our space. Come join us! Link in bio as always first two classes on me!

You don’t always need more workouts… sometimes you just need to make your workouts more simple.

Push something, pull something, squat a little, carry something. Put on your music, vibe out, and put it on repeat. Give yourself time to get stronger at the basics without feeling like every workout needs to be a whole production.

If you’re working on simplifying your life, let your workouts be part of that too. Keep it simple enough to keep showing up. #personaltrainer #fitover40 #aginggracefully

These women have filled my cup in ways I didn’t expect. 💗

Watching them show up, get stronger, move with more confidence, and start believing in what their bodies can do has reminded me exactly why I love coaching so much.

Strength changes so much more than what you can lift. It changes how you carry yourself, how capable you feel, and how you move through everyday life.

I know the confidence and strength they’re building here will reach far beyond these workouts — and getting to be a small part of that means more to me than they probably realize.

Juntas + Fuertes has inspired me just as much as I hope it inspires them. 🥹💪🏽💕

For me, it’s always been about inspiring, empowering women.
Creating a safe space where they can show up exactly as they are, learn, get stronger, and realize just how capable they really are.

That’s what Juntas + Fuertes is about. 🩷 💪🏽

Their bodies are not the most important thing about them. But helping women feel strong, capable, confident, and at home in those bodies? That means everything to me.

So honored to create a space where women can show up exactly as they are, get stronger together, and remind each other what we’re capable of.

Juntas + Fuertes. Always. 💪🏽 🩷
