"At that moment, the roles between parent and child began their intricate reversal. The first two books I released for @ourterminal were personal projects that I hammered out mostly alone, except for a few faithful helpers like @letlizfixit @building07 and @juliehaworth9827 Our next project, a children’s book that deals with the terminal illness and death of a loved one, feels too important to do alone. If you have helped a child navigate the loss of a loved one, and if you share Our Terminal’s Christian faith background, we’d love to have you join our collaboration team. You can find a link to our inquiry form in our profile, and I will be in touch with more details soon. If you know a friend who you might be interested, tag them below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ PS: if you have any questions or want more information, go ahead and fill out the form. There is a spot to ask questions, and I will get in touch with you soon.

This is my friend Sarah! She wrote a book about the story of walking through terminal cancer with her mom. She was a wonderful sounding board for me while we walked through cancer with Brayden. Her organization Our Terminal is helping people as they walk with friends or family through a terminal illness. Could you help? She is working to raise money today ($3000) to be able to get a children’s book out there. Please click on the link in my bio to give.

YAYY! I have to share this exciting news with you! I’m so thrilled for my client @ourterminal to be launching this incredible resource today! 🙌🎉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This project has been in the works for awhile and I am so happy to be able to finally share it! You are a JOY to work with @sarahlbraden and I know that this new resource for @ourterminal will be such a sweet blessing to so many! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Words of Blessing is a scripture filled keepsake for moments at the bedside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sitting at the bedside of a loved one is sacred space. It’s a time to be still, a chance to reflect, and an opportunity to speak peaceful words of comfort. Sometimes, it is even a time to say goodbye. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Words of Blessing provides a way for you to love your friend or family member well as you sit by their bedside. Filled with a collection of Psalms and Scripture passages, these readings were carefully chosen for these precious moments. When these words are read aloud, they have the power to uplift the heart, encourage the spirit, and comfort the soul. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Alongside each entry, you will find a guestbook to record thoughts and memories for the immediate family. Words of Blessing turns the sacred conversations at the bedside into a tangible keepsake for the days and years to come. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What a gift to share God's word and our presence in the difficult and sacred final days of life 💛🙏🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If this is a resource that would bless you or someone you know, I encourage you purchase a copy. The link to shop Words of Blessing is over at @ourterminal 📲✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #linkinbio #wordsofblessing #terminalillness #faith #hope #encouragement #bedsidebook #keepsake #scripture #scripturefortoday #graphicdesign #bookdesign

One year ago today, I put the idea of this little business out there on Instagram. Last night, I was working and eating that cheese plate, and thinking. Here's what I've gotten to do in one year... * Edit "The Giant Chicken" a story told by a granddad written down to pass down to generations to come * Coordinate logistics of moves and relocations * Write and edit content for a PR website, a high end furniture company website, a brand new Home-For-Rent Signs website, my own favorite photographer, and an Australian-based magazine website * Perform competitive analysis and give content recommendations for a husband and wife homebuilder website * Write press releases about pork rinds and Peppa Pig and 3D printed medical technology and more * Edit my friend's first book for her non-profit * Write radio spots for the same non-profit * Design, source, and purchase decor (on a budget) for a master bedroom and guest room * Unpack and organize a kitchen, office, attic, playroom, and bedroom for my friend. Also... build her new bed and hang her pictures * Be a Christmas gift for a mom * Help set up a new jewelry business and help coordinate logo creation * Gift wrap Christmas presents * Connect people to other people in many small ways * Design a garage storage system * Research and contact businesses to get a small gluten-free baker into local retail spaces * Write content on varied topics for multiple websites selling online summits and courses * Edit a business-defining workbook for a whole-health wellness duo * Create PowerPoint decks for webinars and online courses * Write emails. SO. MANY. EMAILS. * Reconnect with amazing people * Have a real reason to do something alone occasionally * Meet new, incredible people * Feel a sense of accomplisment and have fun. Here's to Year Two. 🤗

I can promise you that I wasn’t sitting there one year ago tomorrow thinking I would be practicing aloud the timing on radio spots I was helping write for my friend’s non-profit while waiting for a webinar I helped create for another friend to begin. Shaking my head. I’m amazed and so thankful. What a great job.

I could not be more excited & proud for the release of this project into the world by my amazing client @sarahlbraden & her organization @ourterminal! . Sarah created this incredible devotional as a resource for those walking through a terminal diagnosis with a loved one, just as she did with her mother. I did not have the honor of knowing Sarah’s mother, Nancy, but I feel like I got a glimpse of her life through working on this project. . Today, Sarah releases this devotional book sharing their story of walking through terminal illness together on the 5-year anniversary of her death. I know this will be such a powerful, hope-filled resource & encouragement to so many others facing similar circumstances. . Congratulations Sarah! It was such an honor to partner with you & help you bring your vision to life! ❤️👏🏻 . You can purchase a copy of The Terminal devotional book on @ourterminal website: https://www.ourterminal.com/shop-resources
