Planning your autumn family or maternity session? 🍂

Here are my top tips for outfits that look beautiful and feel like YOU:

1. Choose earthy tones - think rust, olive, cream, deep rich colours .
2. Mix layers & textures - cosy knits, soft scarves, boots.
3. Keep it simple - avoid big logos or neon colours that distract from your connection.

Save this post for when you’re planning your outfits, or DM me for my full outfit guide!

I don’t really have the words just yet to explain the emotions and joy of today (that will hopefully come tomorrow), but without the best cheer squad ever shouting for him every step of the way, I know for sure that @rundisneydadrun couldn’t have done it 🫶🏻

How lucky were we to have all of our favourite people in one place supporting us?! 🏃🏻

What 👏🏼 a 👏🏼 day 👏🏼

Loved this beautiful, relaxed at home session for @ourwildingadventures and baby Myles 🤍

If you are expecting a little one this year but aren’t sure posing in a studio a few days post birth is right for you… I would love to photograph you and your new addition at your home just hanging out together. No awkward posing just you being you, loving your little one 🤍

As a mother of 3 and former midwife I get it, the desire for beautiful photos to capture this time but also the want to stay in the newborn bubble at home!

Pop me a message if you would like to have a chat!

Week 46 of 2024 ✨

Last week was not a good one for me, my skin was in a really bad place but there were some highlights throughout it all 🤍

1. Andy and I had a London date day with Andy’s best man and his lovely fiancée 🥂
2. It’s so hard to capture the redness on camera but it was so sore and tight especially on my neck, lip and eye 😭
3. Took my parents to see Choir of Man for their Christmas present, but had to take them to our favourite @mildredsrestaurants first for a pre theatre feast 😍
4. They all had the curry and I had the new pie as it’s unreal!! Filled myself up though and didn’t have space for dessert as the new desserts are amazing 🍰
5. Very sore skin every day this week, I’ve booked a few appointments with some functional medicine specialists and I have my dermatology appointment next week so hoping I get some relief soon. Not sure if dupixent is the one for me 😔
6. If you haven’t seen choir of man you have to! It was Andys and I second time and we loveeee it!! The music is sooo good 🎭
7. Very sore again 😤😣
8. We met up with one of our lovely friends on Friday and went to @sixessocialcricket and I smashed the boys hehehe 🥇
9. It’s honestly so much fun!! Go on @edharrington 🏏
10. My signature hit 😆 absolutely no idea what I was doing!
11. Had my favourite smoothie from @purefooduk brain boost it’s so yum 🍌
12. Stopped at our favourite @purezza and had the dough balls and 4 cheese pizza 🤤🍕
13. Went to @junkyardgolfclub which was so much fun ⛳️
14. Celebrated our beautiful friends one year to go party 👰🏻
15. Met up with my beautiful girlies with their little ones and went to London aquarium which was so cute. I feel like I’m in my aunty era at the moment 🐠
16. 🐙🐙
17. So proud of you @ourwildingadventures you are the most amazing mum, miss you at work though hehe 🤍

How was your week?

Em 🤍 x
