Escaping the rollercoaster of urban city life, the thrill of adventure and the serenity of nature stole my heart as young as I possibly remember.

The chilled water running down the taps didn’t make it any easier but from struggling to wash hands to professionally washing vessels, the mountains has really become my guru.

How you challenge yourself, your caliber, your capacity and how far up you can go, the Himalayas with infinite lessons given me the real lessons.

About all you can do in life is be who you are. Some people will love you for you. Most will love you for what you can do for them, and some won’t like you at all.

Who cares what people think of you..what matters the most how you treat yourself....try to be the best version of yourself than to ape someone you don't know that well.

The warmth of the sun against the skin; a gentle summer breeze; birds singing on a quiet spring morning; the calming sounds of waves lapping against the shore; a beautiful sunset; a grand mountain vista; the broad sweep of lush green valleys; clear blue skies; the stars and the moon at night; the scent of ripe fruit or roses in bloom; the glimmer of light on the ocean; the feel of sand or soil under foot; finding shade in the solidity of a tree; watching birds in flight with their great patterns of movement; the joy of dogs running and playing…

In the practice of nature connection there is none of the coercion often involved in other healthy habits like exercise and diets, nor the hangover of other pleasurable experiences like food and drink. Yet nature connection provides the health benefits of the former and the intoxication and bliss of the latter.

Think of it as the hug of homecoming.

"Narad ghat was formerly known as Kuwai ghat.. It began being called up as Narad Ghat after 19th century when the temple of Naradeshwar was established here.. Narad Ghat as its own uniqueness and history.. Narad ghat is named after the sage of hindu mythology🔱🔱🔱... The temple at the ghat has four important idols of the deities which include Naradeshwara Atrishwara Vasukishwara and Dattatreyaswar.. among these God Dattatreyaswar is considered incarnation of Lord Shiva.. 🕉🔱😇🙏

This ghat is named after Rishi Narad. It is said that if any couple takes a dip in the Ganges, from this ghat, then slowly disputes and differences crops up between them. It is said that ultimately they separate from each other. This is the dark side of the story. The fact is that this ghat was named so, after the Naradeshwar temple was constructed there. "

Trekking the Himalayas has given me a deep perspective on my own life.Witnessing the simple lifestyle of the people living in these mountains has inspired me to reposition my own way of living.

When I am surrounded with these gorgeous hills, I only listen the sound of nature and find the connect with the fine human beings living in these mountainside villages far away from my hectic life.

When I am here I do not think about what’s next, I was in the absolute moment. I guess it was similar to meditation, a practice that I’ve been now well connected to.

Spending time and interacting with locals that are living mainly in a self-sufficient mode and where kids have not much material but are still so happy, made me feel envious of their preserved purity.

People here are not constantly confronted with publicity creating new needs and don’t have to perform on a daily basis to keep up to the rhythm of a society that is only going faster and faster. I felt that they had just enough for a happy life.

I was actually discovering what I’ve lost in modern society; The ability to feel good with little😍
