@outerlightcoffee x @outerlightbrewing | Give Em Pumpkin to Talk About Latte | A+: Sunday morning, rain was fallen but I had to get my caffeine fix. Hidden in the midst of Outer Light Brewery is Outer Light Coffee, a gem in the heart of Groton. Their fall Menu just dropped and you do not wanna miss it! I tried their twist on a pumpkin latte which was autumn in every sip! A rich double shot of espresso with pumpkin pie syrup and a thick pumpkin spice cold foam finished with some cinnamon. If you want a hidden gem, great hospitality and some of the best coffee in SE CT, this is the place! 💡🎃⚓️

Tropical Bull$#!t 🍺🍊

A taproom-exclusive tropical take on Outer Light’s Juicy Bull$#!t, brewed with orange, passion fruit, and guava.

I’ll be honest: passion fruit and guava are two flavors I absolutely hate. So I was genuinely not expecting to love this.

But the orange changes everything.

The first sip is super juicy and tropical, with a bright citrusy orange character that keeps the passion fruit and guava from becoming overpowering. It has that soft, hazy NEIPA mouthfeel without feeling heavy or overly sweet, and the fruit flavors actually come together really nicely.

6.1% ABV

Juicy, bright, tropical, balanced, and ridiculously drinkable.

I went into this expecting to be unimpressed and somehow walked away thinking this might be my new favorite NEIPA and asking if they’ll ever can this. 🤣

@outerlightbrewing you really did some bullshit with this one.

What a night! 🍻✈️

We spend a lot of time in this industry creating great experiences for other people. So I figured it was time for a field trip just for us.

We brought together friends from across Connecticut’s beer industry for our CTBeer.com Industry Night at the New England Air Museum.

We shared beers, swapped stories, caught up with old friends, made new ones, and heard what everyone has been working on. All inside one of the coolest places in Connecticut.

Nights like this remind me why I love being part of the Connecticut beer community.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun night.

And a huge thank-you to our incredible hosts at the New England Air Museum. Your hospitality, private tours, and the stories shared by your staff made the experience truly special.

Who knows...maybe we run it back next year?

Until then, what happens at the museum stays at the museum. 😂🍻✈️

Last night I was invited to an industry night at the @newenglandairmuseum by @mrctbeer.

I meet a couple new people and was able to taste some beers I haven’t been able to. I also got to see some really cool planes!

🎉 THANK YOU, ECAR COMMUNITY! 🎉

What a night! On behalf of the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS® (ECAR) and our Young Professionals Network (YPN), we want to thank everyone who joined us for our 6th Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser!

Because of your generosity, teamwork, and community spirit, we are proud to share that we raised over $1,800 in monetary donations and collected a carload of school supplies for the students at Plainfield Memorial School! 📚✏️

Every donation helps provide students with the tools they need to start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn. Together, we are opening doors and making a real impact in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, volunteered, donated, and brought supplies. Your support is what makes events like this possible! 💙

We are already looking forward to next year’s Trivia Night! 🧠✨
